Corporate Communication and Marketing Office
Office of the corporate communication and marketing, aimed at communicating and promoting the overall activities of the university, preparing leading communication projects with the understanding of national and international policies and capability in institutional communication, including fundraising and legislative relations, has the following duties and responsibilities:
- Ensures that institutional culture are developed and maintained in line with the mission of the university.
- Ensures that university environment is properly communicated to the government and society.
- Ensures that university various programs (Regular, summer, weekend, extension, distance, cluster, and tailored training programs), products and services are effectively marketed.
- Ensures that museums containing models/collections of national (or international or institutional) historical, natural, and cultural values are established and administered.
- Ensures that all events in the university are properly organized, communicated, implemented and registered.
- Initiate and inculcate team spirit in the office to accomplish effectively and efficiently the teaching-learning and research and community service activities at the university.
- Ensure collective integrity, responsibility and accountability for every activity of the office;
- Ensure recognition of creative performance and outcome.
- Provide information on grants and opportunities to the academic and research communities of the University.
- Maintain profile of programs, professionals, research activities of the University for users.
- Supports graduation approval, graduation ceremony, and issuance of credentials.
- Supports that graduates get proper career guidance and have secured jobs.
- Ensures that all graduates remain as ambassadors of the university through proper Alumni administration and support.
The Corporate Communication and Marketing office, led by a director, is composed of an office assistant, documentation expert and communication expert. It uses the Student service centre and departments, Colleges and Institutes are back-office.
The office invites interested participants to take part in the overall communication activities of the university and, constructive comments on our works are always welcomed.
